The fluffy crust with a perfectly full cocoa flavour is perfectly complemented by the cottage cheese cream and strawberry topping. It's a treat you have to try!

Per 2 portions
- 15 g chocolate & hazelnut protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 30 g oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- vanilla stevia drops
- 25 g chocolate & hazelnut protein powder
- 200 g cottage cheese
- vanilla stevia drops
- 180 g frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- white chocolate low sugar prebiotic topping
- almond butter
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the dough and mix everything together until smooth.- If you want to make the dough shorter, use our chocolate mug cake mix! ☕️

Pour the batter into a mug and put it in the microwave for 2‑3 minutes.

Tip the resulting cake out of the mug and let it cool.

Cottage mix with protein powder.

Mash the strawberries and mix with the chia seeds.

Mash the cooled cake and fill 1/2 of the glass with it.

Then add the cream and strawberries to the pastry.

Then again the dough, cream, strawberries and topping.

And serve or take with you on the road!
