Sauce:
  • 200 g ready-to-eat chicken
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp beef bouillon paste
  • 2 cups water
  • 100 g ricotta
  • 1 pinch salt
Side Dish:
  • 120 g chickpea pasta
  • 1 pinch parsley

Instructions

  1. Fry the finely chopped onion in ghee, then dust with sweet paprika and flour. When they are nicely cooked, add a spoonful of broth and water (you can use stock) and let it cook.

  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Attention! our chickpea pasta only needs a few minutes.

  3. For a smooth sauce consistency, blend a few times with a stick blender. Finally, add the ricotta and simmer for another minute.
