For 3 servings
- 400 g turkey breast
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 75 ml amino sauces
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 4 tsp cane sugar
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 2 tsp onion granules
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- pinch white pepper
- 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 240 g rice noodles
- 1 broccoli
Instructions

Cut the turkey breast into cubes and coat in corn starch. -
For the sauce, mix amino sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, cornstarch, cane sugar and spices.

Fry the turkey meat in avocado oil.

Once the meat is almost done, pour the sauce and leave everything simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat.

Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water for approximately 10 minutes.

After cooking, rinse the noodles with cold water and serve in bowl. Pour the sauce over the noodles, add the broccoli and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
