Instructions
-
Cut the wraps into smaller circles the size of tacos. You can use the leftovers to make homemade nachos. Or if you want to make it easier for yourself, use our mini pizza base. -
For the sauce, mix the sour cream with mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup, and spices. Add finely chopped onion and gherkin.
-
Season the minced beef with salt and pepper and press it thoroughly onto the whole wraps.
-
Place the tacos meat side down on the heated pan.
-
Sauté for about 5 minutes. Then turn the tacos over, reduce the heat and let the cheddar slices melt on the meat.
-
Brush the finished tacos with our Big Mac sauce, top with iceberg lettuce, chopped onion and sliced pickles.
If you don't want to fuss with the sauce, or you're not a fan of the Big Mac sauce, you can also use pre‑made Vilgain sauces and dips.
-
You can also season the Big Mac Tacos with our spicy chutney.
-
Enjoy!
