- 2 bananas
- 24 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Peel the banana and carve a dent in it lengthwise. Add 12g of chocolate chips and half a teaspoon of cinnamon.

Cut the puff pastry into 2‑3 cm long strips, starting at the longer side of it. Wrap the strips around the banana.

Wash it with some whisked egg and bake at 185 °C for 30‑35 minutes.
