This is a great, quick and delicious recipe for the whole family. Marinated pieces of pork and vegetables baked in the same tray as potatoes are a winner. Let's do it!

Per 4 portions
- 600 g of pork meat
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 pepper bells
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions

Chop the meat into 3cm pieces. Clean and deseed the peppers, and then chop them into similar‑sized pieces. Peel the onion and chop it into eight pieces. Peel the potatoes and chop them into smaller pieces.

Prepare your marinade fro oil, salt, pepper, paprika and minced garlic. Mix well until the salt dissolves.

Put the meat and vegetables into the marinade and leave it to rest for at least thirty minutes, but ideally in a fridge overnight.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. On a skewer, add meat, veggies and onion in the same order repeatedly.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, then add the potato pieces and skewers. Pour over any remaining marinade.

Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the meat is cooked through.

Serve the skewers and potatoes right away. Enjoy!
