Another traditional Czech dish you'll love. Baked potatoes with bacon and onion are simple but delicious!

Per 4 portions
- 1 kg potatoes
- 200 g bacon
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 500 ml water
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp 12% single cream
Instructions

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Dice the bacon, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the bacon, onion and garlic. Add the diced potatoes, cumin, marjoram, salt and pepper and mix well. Add water, put the lid on and cook on a medium heat for 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour and the double cream and then add it to the pan with potatoes and bacon. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
