Base:
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 60 ml milk
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 6 slices sandwich bread
- 2 ml ghee butter spray
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Serving:
- 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 20 g pecans
- 30 g cashew butter
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, protein powder, milk, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. -
Mix well.

Dip the toasted bread in the mixture and toast on both sides in a little ghee in a pan.

Place on a plate, top with Greek yogurt and pecans. Top with nut butter to taste. (Without cashew butter, they are only 441 kcal).
