- 3 apples
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 egg
- cinnamon
Instructions

Wash the apples and cut them into 2 cm‑thick circles. Remove the middle (you can use a cookie cutter or the neck of a bottle).

Cut the puff pastry into 1 cm long pieces and wrap them around the apples.

Add the coated apples onto a tray lined with baking paper, wash them with egg and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake them at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
