You'll love this smooth Mug cake, aka lava cake. It's ready to impress in just a couple of minutes with the help of our Vilgain mug cake mix. You can't go wrong, especially if you serve it with some Greek yoghurt or fresh fruit.

Per 1 portion
- 70 g Vilgain protein mug cake mixes
- 80 ml water
- 20 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- fruit

In a mug, mix our protein mug cake mix and water and leave it to sit for a minute. The mug should be about half‑full.

Add a piece of chocolate and put it in a microwave for 3 minutes at 800W. Watch it so nothing leaks out over the edge.
👉🏻No microwave? No problem. You can also make the cake in the oven. Heat it to 180 °C and bake for 10 minutes. Each oven and microwave is unique, so make sure the mugcake doesn't overflow.

Take the mug out carefully, using a tea towel (be cautious and avoid burns). Tip the cake out onto a plate and decorate it with some yoghurt and fresh or freeze‑dried fruit.
