- 2 carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 beetroot
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 150 g of celery
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- oregano

- 80 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- oregano
- garlic granules
- ground paprika
- himalayan salt
- pepper
Instructions

Peel the carrots and cut them into chips. In a bowl, mix them with olive oil and seasoning.

Follow the same steps with the celery and beetroot.

Spread the veggie chips onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 20 minutes.

To make the dip, mix Greek yoghurt with maple syrup, olive oil, garlic granules, oregano, sweet paprika, salt and pepper.

Serve the veggie chips with a burger, grilled meat, or on their own as a snack.
