One-pan mac and cheese

There's nothing easier than throwing everything into one pan and making a delicious lunch in less than 10 minutes. And then there's the melting cheese. Let's make this quick and nutritional meal – mac and cheese. Yum!

  • 390 kcal
  • 29 g carbohydrates
  • 21 g fats
  • 21 g protein

Per 4 portions

  • 250 g fusilli pasta
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp full fat mustard
  • 100 g cheddar
  • 100 g 30% edam cheese
  • 200 g ricotta
  • 100 g 12% single cream
  • water

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions (only cook until al dente, as you'll be heating it some more in the cheese sauce, and we don't want it to be overcooked). Grate the cheddar and Eidam (30% fat). Mix the cream and ricotta in a bowl.

  2. Add turmeric, garlic granules and a teaspoon of mustard to a pan. Add the cream and ricotta mixture and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the grated cheese and let it cook and melt. Finally, add the pasta, and you're ready to serve.

  3. Enjoy!
