Instructions

  1. Olive Oil CaramelIn a bowl or mug, mix the olive oil and maple syrup. Stir vigorously until the two ingredients are combined and you reach a caramel consistency (this will take about 2‑3 minutes).

    TIP: If your caramel is too runny, add a little more syrup.

  2. You can then pour the caramel over ice cream or enjoy with fruit.
