It's really hot outside, and you want a dessert, but you can't bear the thought of putting the oven on? We've got a solution for you. This no‑bake roly‑poly from oats and banana is the answer. It combines the rich flavour of coconut, fresh cream and crunchy cocoa beans. All without a drop of added sugar. Simply mix it, roll it out, roll it up and let the fridge do its job. Ready in a couple of minutes with no more than 130kcal in one portion.

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl, then add the oats, cocoa, coconut oil, and vanilla according to your taste.

  2. Let the dough sit and prepare the cream.
  3. In a bowl, mix the curd cheese, cacao nibs, and vanilla extract. You can sweeten it with honey.

  4. Transfer the dough to baking paper. Press down on it slightly and cover it with another sheet of baking paper.

  5. Roll the dough out thinly and then remove the top baking paper sheet. Spread the cream filling on top.

  6. Place the bananas at the start and then roll the dough up slowly, removing the baking paper as you go. Leave it to cool down in the fridge overnight.
