- 250 g semi-fat quark
- 100 g plain yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- lemon juice
- 40 g blueberries
- 40 g raspberry
- 2 tsp caramel sweet nuts topping
Instructions

Prepare two small baking dishes or ramekins.

Put one half of the curd cheese, one half of the yoghurt and one egg in each dish, as well as vanilla extract, maple syrup and a few drops of lemon juice. Mix well.

Top it with blueberries and raspberries and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 30 minutes.

After baking, leave the cheesecakes to cool. For the best results, make it the night before.

You can drizzle some sweet nut topping or another nut butter over the top.
