Base:
- 200 g low fat cottage cheese
- 70 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 10 g vanilla protein powder
- 30 g strawberries
- 1 egg
Final Touch:
- 20 g strawberries
- 70 g agave syrup
- 15 g strawberry prebiotic topping
Instructions

In a blender, blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, egg and protein powder. Divide the mixture into two baking dishes. -
Add chopped strawberry pieces on top.

Place in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes. Let cool after baking.

Then add Greek yogurt on top of each dessert, garnish with strawberries and topping. Enjoy.
