- 3 eggs
- 140 g Greek yoghurt
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
Instructions

Start by separating the egg whites from the yolks.

Stir in the yogurt, protein powder, coconut sugar and vanilla to the egg yolks and a pinch of salt for flavour. Mix until smooth.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and then gently fold them into the egg yolk mixture.

Put the dough into the cake tin and bake at 175 °C for about 20 - 30 minutes.
