- 250 g of Vilgain pulled beef
- 210 g tomato puree
- ground paprika
- salt
- pepper
- Italian seasoning blends
- 1 tbsp balsamic crema
- 5 ml soy sauce spray
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 ml ghee butter spray
Instructions

Start by preparing the meat mixture:
Heat the pulled meat in a pan. Add smoked paprika, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, up to your own preference. Then add some high‑quality balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, tomato puree and sweet chilli.

Fry some sourdough bread, using a little bit of ghee. Spread the meat mixture over the fried bread and add your favourite toppings – chilli oats, your favourite cheese, and herbs.
