- 250 g wholegrain spelt flour
- 1 egg
- 65 g of forest honey
- 40 g butter
- 60 g date sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 180 g kondenzovaného ovesného mléka
- 40 g butter
Instructions

Put all the dough ingredients into a bowl and make a compact dough.

Roll it onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 185 °C for 12 minutes. Leave it to cool.

Break the baked dough up and blend it in a mixer until smooth. Place a small amount of the blended dough to a small bowl (approx 20‑40 grams).

Add the remaining mixed dough to a separate bowl and add in the condensed milk and butter.

Place the mixture into the fridge for 10 minutes. Then form small balls and coat them in the remaining blended dough that we set apart. Store the balls in the fridge for a maximum of a week.
