Bored of lemon water but craving something refreshing without all of the added colourings and artificial ingredients? Then try this easy peach tea with a fruit infusion that gives it full flavour and sweetness, and the green tea will give you a nice kick too. 🍑🍹

  • 3 tsp green tea
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tsp chicory syrup
  • 3 peaches
  • mint

Instructions

  1. Homemade Peach Iced TeaFirst, make some tea.

  2. Add 2‑3 teaspoons of green tea into a kettle. Pour hot water at 70‑80 degrees, let it brew for 3 minutes, and then strain.

  3. Heat some water in a saucepan and throw in 2 sliced peaches. Add 2 tablespoons of chicory syrup and let it bubble. When the peaches are soft, mash them.

  4. Pour in the peach infusion through a sieve into the brewed tea and let the mixture cool.

  5. Prepare 2 glasses with ice. Pour in the peach tea, add a sliced peach and a few mint leaves.
