Bored of lemon water but craving something refreshing without all of the added colourings and artificial ingredients? Then try this easy peach tea with a fruit infusion that gives it full flavour and sweetness, and the green tea will give you a nice kick too. 🍑🍹

- 3 tsp green tea
- 3 cups water
- 2 tsp chicory syrup
- 3 peaches
- mint
Instructions

First, make some tea. -
Throw 2‑3 teaspoons of green tea into the kettle. Pour hot water at 70‑80 degrees, let it infuse for 3 minutes and then strain.

Heat some water in a saucepan and throw in 2 sliced peaches. Add 2 tablespoons of chicory syrup and let it bubble. When the peaches are soft, mash them.

Add the brew through a sieve to the brewed tea and let the mixture cool.

Prepare 2 glasses and put ice in them. Pour in the peach tea, add a sliced peach and a few mint leaves.
