Carefully remove the skin, ensuring it keeps all its beneficial, active ingredients hidden under.

If you don't have organic quality lemons, use regular lemons and soak them in water with vinegar for 10 minutes to remove any pesticides.

Blend the ginger and lemon, keeping a couple of thick pieces of lemon aside.

Add the mixture and the lemon slices to an airtight container and then pour in honey, all the way to the brim.

Leave it in the fridge for 3 days, and then you can eat a small portion of "health" every day.
