What to do with any leftover fruit? You can always make preserves, but how about you prepare a baked tea mix for the winter instead? It is a jar full of fruit that you simply add hot water to, and you have a delicious cup of tea full of warmth and aroma. This time, we prepared a version with no added sugar, so let's make it!

  • 203 kcal
  • 45 g carbohydrates
  • 1,2 g fats
  • 1,9 g protein

Per 1 portion

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 10 g raspberry
  • 5 strawberries
  • 3 slices oranges
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1 tsp kardamonu
  • 800 ml water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C and spread all the fruit on a baking tray (slice the pears and apples, halve the strawberries and raspberries and slice the orange). Bake for 20 minutes or so, until it starts to caramelise.

  2. In a saucepan, bring 800ml to a boil. Add the baked fruits and seasoning. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or so. Sieve, pour into a cup or teapot and enjoy!
