What to do with any leftover fruit? You can always make preserves, but how about you prepare a baked tea mix for the winter instead? It is a jar full of fruit that you simply add hot water to, and you have a delicious cup of tea full of warmth and aroma. This time, we prepared a version with no added sugar, so let's make it!

- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 10 g raspberry
- 5 strawberries
- 3 slices oranges
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 tsp kardamonu
- 800 ml water
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160 °C and spread all the fruit on a baking tray (slice the pears and apples, halve the strawberries and raspberries and slice the orange). Bake for 20 minutes or so, until it starts to caramelise.

In a saucepan, bring 800ml to a boil. Add the baked fruits and seasoning. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or so. Sieve, pour into a cup or teapot and enjoy!
