Summer is here, and it's important to drink plenty of fluids when it's hot. You can add a twist to your routine and delight your taste buds with this non‑alcoholic version of the traditional Cuban cocktail, Mojito. It only takes 5 minutes to prepare, and a refreshing drink is ready!

Per 1 portion
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1,5 spoon erythritol
- 6 mint leaves
- 200 ml water
- 6 ice cubes
Instructions

Add chopped half of a lime, mint, and erythritol to a glass and mash it together (you can use a pestle or a cocktail mixing tool).

Add the lemon juice and ice, and stir together using a long spoon.

Top it up with soda water or regular water, and garnish with a slice of lime and some mint leaves.
