You just put everything in one pan, leave it on the hob and in twenty minutes you've got creamy tagliatelle that smells of garlic, tomatoes and the Mediterranean. And another bonus? Per 3 portions
- 1 packet tagliatelle
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 red onion
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250 ml puttanesca sauce
- 250 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml 12% single cream
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- chilli
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Put nine nests of tagliatelle in the pan.

To one side, add halved cherry tomatoes; to the other, add spinach and diced onion.

Sprinkle pieces of garlic on top of the cherry tomatoes and pour the tomato sauce over each of the pasta nests.

Season everything, add salt and pepper. Pour over the cream, broth and finish with a splash of olive oil.

Put the pan on the hob and cook until the pasta is al dente - about 15 minutes.

Once cooked, mix well and serve with some Parmesan cheese on top.

To boost the protein content, you can add mozzarella or prosciutto torn into pieces.
