Instructions

  1. Add the coconut cream, grated coconut, maple syrup (or another sweetener), and two scoops of vanilla or coconut protein to a bowl. Mix well so you get a solid mixture.

  2. Form small balls (about 15 pieces) and place them in a freezer. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with a small amount of coconut oil in a water bath.

  3. Coat the frozen and firm balls in the melted chocolate and immediately drizzle with the grated coconut. Place in the freezer or fridge to set.

  4. Store in a sealed container; they will last for a week. Enjoy!
