Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, pistachio butter, vanilla protein and oats flour into a blender. Mix until smooth and place it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.

  2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, adding a small amount of water.

  3. Take the mixture out of the fridge. Take a small amount, place a raspberry in the middle and then cover it with the dough, making a ball. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour.

💡 TIP: It's easier to make the balls with wet hands

  4. Coat the balls in the melted chocolate.

  5. To finish, coat the balls in crushed pistachios and salt flakes. Leave them in the freezer for at least an hour.

  6. And then just nibble on them whenever you need a fresh snack!
