Instructions

  1. Cut the apple into smaller pieces.

  2. Heat the coconut oil in a pan.

  3. Add the apples and cinnamon to the pan and lightly fry them.

  4. Then add a splash of water, cover the pan with a lid and let the apples simmer until soft.

  5. Finally, stir in the maple syrup and let it caramelize slightly.
