- 1 apple
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple pecan granola
- salted caramel prebiotic topping low sugar
- pinch cinnamon
Instructions

Cut the apple into smaller pieces.
