- 1 egg
- 40 g butter
- 12 g yeast
- pinch salt
- 50 g no sugar dark chocolate chips

-
Crumble the yeast into a lukewarm milk, add a teaspoon of sugar and flour and mix well. Cover it and leave it to rise for 5‑10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the rest of the flour and sugar, a half of an egg (use the rest to brush the brioches). Pour in the starter and mix.

Add a pinch of salt and cubed butter. Make a smooth dough (knead it for at least 10 minutes). Cover the bowl and leave it to rise in a warm place for at least 40 minutes.

Add the chocolate chips to the leavened dough.

Weigh the dough and divide it into 7 similar pieces. Roll each piece out, then add a piece of cold hazelnut butter to the middle and cover it with the dough. Shape each into a ball.
-
Leave the dough balls to rise for 20 more minutes, and then brush them with the leftover egg.
-
Bake at 160 °C for 15‑20 minutes until they're golden brown. Leave them to cool and enjoy!
