- 200 g ready-to-eat chicken breast
- 4 tsp pesto genovese
- 3 wraps
- 200 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tomato
- 2 ml ghee
Instructions

Drain the chicken breasts and shred them in a bowl, using a fork. Mix it with the basil pesto.

Prepare the wraps. Top one half of the wrap with grated mozzarella, shredded chicken with pesto, spinach, and 3 pieces of tomato. Finish with more mozzarella.
