- 2 slices wrap
- 1 tuna in brine
- 80 g cream cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tsp baked peppers chilli sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- pinch pepper
- pinch salt
- 80 g mozzarella
Instructions

Chop the baby spinach finely. -
Add the tuna, juiced tuna, cranberries, chili sauce, basil, garlic, pepper, salt and mix.

Then stir the chopped spinach into the tuna mixture.

Spread one half of the wrap with half of the tuna mixture, add the torn mozzarella and fold over the other half of the wrap.

Fry in a dry frying pan on both sides until crispy.

Cut the quesadilla into 3 parts and serve.
