Per 1 portion

1 whole wheat tortilla
1 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp basil pesto
100 g ready-to-eat chicken breast
60 g mozzarella light
1 tomato

Instructions

Spread cream cheese on one half of the tortilla and pesto on the other.
Put the shredded chicken meat on the cheese and the grated mozzarella and chopped tomato on the pesto, fold in half.
Toast on a griddle or grill until the tortilla is crispy on the outside and the cheese inside is melted.
Serve as is or with your favourite salad.
