Instructions

  1. Tuna Tortilla WrapIt's mega easy!

    Spread tomato sauce on a tortilla, add washed field greens, sliced tomato, sliced mozzarella and quality tuna in its own juices. If you want an even juicier tortilla and have more time, you can add a yoghurt dressing with garlic.

  2. Wrap the tortilla and, optionally, warm it up and lightly toast it in a toaster or contact grill. But if you're in a hurry, you can do without, the tortilla is great cold too.

  3. Finally, prepare a salad of field lettuce, sliced tomatoes, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, add a little garlic and as a final touch hemp seeds.
