These stuffed potatoes have taken the internet world by storm. And no wonder. It's a rewarding quick meal that you can make from a boiled potato (which will make your job a lot easier and reduce your time in the kitchen), plus it's always a little different. You can fill it according to your taste, or according to what you have left at home. This time we went for the classic with chicken, demi glace onion sauce and peas and we have to say that this wasn't the last time we made this foodie banger... So, how about giving it a try?

Per 1 portion
- 1 potato
- 10 g 30% edam cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- himalayan salt
- red pepper
- 40 g ready-to-eat chicken
- 2 tbsp canned sweet peas
- 1/2 onion
- 5 g corn starch
- 2 tsp demi glace
- 120 ml water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Bake the cooked potato in a hot air fryer until crispy at 185 °C for about 10 minutes. -
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Fry the chopped onion and chopped garlic in a little oil.

Then add water mixed with starch, add demi glace and season.

Stir and simmer for a while. Then blend with an immersion blender.

Cut the potato crosswise, gently mash it with your fingers, add a knob of butter and use a knife to mix in the butter until it forms a mash.

Also add grated cheese and smashed garlic. Stir well and pile the chicken pieces on top.

Top with peas, drizzle with onion sauce and sprinkle with crispy roasted onions.
