You want to impress but don't want to spend hours in the kitchen? 👉🏻These parchment paper boats with saganaki prawns and feta are what you need. Simply pile layers of onion, tomatoes, herbs, prawns and feta onto a paper and pop it in the oven. One portion is less than 400kcal and unbelievably 40g of protein too. The perfect low‑carb dinner. You can (and don't have to) add a piece of crunchy baguette to soak up all the delicious sauce.

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the cooked prawns with olive oil, minced garlic, parsley and chilli flakes. Mix well.

  2. Make boat shapes from the parchment paper. Simply fold them and crunch up the ends, then tie them together with a string.

  3. Make them wide, so you can add the ingredients inside.

  4. Start by adding slices of red onion to the bottom, followed by the passata. Sprinkle over some garlic granules, oregano, salt, pepper, and then add the prawns. Crumble the feta over the prawns, squeeze over some lemon and then add a slice of lemon to the top.

    👉🏻The seasoning is up to your own taste, so we didn't add the amounts to the instructions.

  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 20 minutes.

  6. You can serve the prawns with baked baguette or sourdough bread.
