- 100 g almond flour
- 50 g cane sugar
- pinch salt
- 200 g almond butter
- 1 egg white
- 40 dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- blanched almonds
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cane sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Add the almond butter and egg white, and make it into a dough with your hands. Leave it to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Using a small piece of the dough at a time, form them into small balls and then roll them into rolls. Coat them in the crushed, blanched almonds.

Bend the rolls so they create a crescent shape and then transfer them onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake them at 180 °C for 13‑15 minutes. Leave them to cool completely after baking.

Melt the chocolate pieces and coconut oil in a water bath. Dip the edges of the crescents in the chocolate coating and wait for it to dry.
