We just love carbonara and this time we've perfected it.

For our recipe we used tagliatelle - flat spaghetti that is perfectly coated in a mixture of eggs, parmesan cheese and ham, enhancing the flavour experience. Our version is again, a little healthier. Instead of bacon, we've used high percentage ham and to boost the protein content while avoid waste, we used whole eggs. 💪🏻

This extremely simple dish that anyone can make, and we'll show you how. You just have to try it. 👌🏻

Instructions

  1. Tagliatelle CarbonaraCook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions on the package (preferably al dente, after cooking it you will still heat it in the pan, so do not let it boil unnecessarily). Fry a good quality ham in a little olive oil.

  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.

  3. Add the tagliatelle to the ham in the pan and mix. Remove the pan from the heat and add the egg mixture to the pasta. Mix to combine all the parts and flavors. Tagliatelle Carbonara
