You only need a handful of ingredients to make these delicious and creamy tagliatelle, a perfect lunch or dinner, ready in a couple of minutes.

- 48 g carbohydrates
- 24 g fats
- 18 g protein
Per 2 portions
- 125 g tagliatelle
- 150 g cooking cream
- 20 g cream cheese
- 15 g ghee
- 1/2 onion
- 35 g parmesan
- himalayan salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic granules
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter until golden brown.

Add the cream and the cream cheese, and leave it to simmer. Stir continuously.

Finally, add 20g of grated Parmesan, a pinch of salt, garlic granules and dried or fresh basil.

Add the pasta to the sauce.

Serve with 15g of sliced Parmesan and a small drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
