Are you looking for inspiration for a recipe that works equally well as a filling lunch for work as a healthy snack for your guests? Then these salmon balls are perfect for you. The combination of smooth potato dough and fish is simply addictive. Crunchy on the outside, smooth inside. It is essential to use high‑quality ingredients to ensure the balls have the proper structure and are not too soft. We chose wild salmon because it has firm fillets that add proper chunks of fish meat. Just add some yoghurt dip, and a delicious snack is ready!
