Do you love croquettes? How about we show you a healthier version? We reduced the calories, not the taste. How? By making them in an air‑fryer, which uses much less oil. We also added a healthy dose of garlic, creating an excellent side dish or a savoury snack which will be a hit at any BBQ, served with your favourite dip! 🤤

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes with the skin on. Peel and mash them afterwards.

  2. Add the ghee or room‑temperature butter, a pinch of salt and paprika, flour and a teaspoon of starch. Mix well.

  3. Form the croquette balls and transfer them to the air fryer. You can spray them with oil, so they turn golden brown. Cook them at 200°C for 10 minutes, until they're crunchy on the outside.

  4. Heat the ghee in a frying pan, add the minced garlic and chopped parsley. When the croquettes are ready, toss them in the pan and coat them in the garlic butter mixture.

  5. Enjoy them with our Vilgain ketchup or homemade Cheddar sauce. Enjoy!
