- 125 g frozen forest fruits
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 g oats
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 5 g maple syrup
- 20 g Cheat Spread almond, white chocolate and coconut
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Prepare a microwavable bowl. Place the berries in the bottom and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Put in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix the oats, protein, syrup, nut butter and add a splash of milk depending on the consistency. You should have a crumble.

Layer the crumble on top of the fruit and return to the microwave for about 2‑3 minutes.

After baking, serve with Greek yogurt or ice cream. So good taste!
