  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Quick Red Currant CrumblePrepare a microwavable bowl. Place the berries in the bottom and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Put in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

  2. Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, syrup, nut butter and add a splash of milk depending on the consistency. You should have a crumble.

  3. Layer the crumble on top of the fruit and return to the microwave for about 2‑3 minutes.
