Crumble. It's just fruit and a mix of flour and butter on the top, right?
Well, yes. But they work together so well that no one notices there is nothing at the bottom. Easy and cheeky! As you can probably tell, crumble is easy to make and requires little time and few ingredients. You can use different seasonal fruit each time, or use up whatever fruit and berries are in your freezer.

Per 9 portions
- 500 g plums
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g coconut sugar
- 1/2 lemon juice
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 60 g gluten-free jumbo oat flakes
- 30 g coconut flour
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 30 g coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 60 g ghee
- 20 g almond flakes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Stone the plums and cut them into half moons. Mix them with cinnamon, sugar, lemon zest and juice, and cornflour. Transfer them into a baking dish.

Mix all the crumble ingredients so they form a dry, crumbly mixture, then spread it over the plums.

Bake until golden, approximately 30 minutes.
