Per 1 portion
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 30 g water
- 1 tsp chicory syrup
- 1 cup ice
- 330 ml vanilla protein milkshake

Start by making instant coffee. Pour hot water over the coffee (but make sure the temperature does not exceed 90 °C, as higher temperatures can adversely affect the taste of the coffee).
If you don't want to use instant coffee, one espresso will do.

Then stir in a teaspoon of chicory syrup and whip everything with a milk whisk until thick.

Add a handful of ice to the glass and pour in the chilled protein milkshake.
