Ice coffee packed with protein? Yeah, you read that right! All you need is 2 basic ingredients and topping of your choice. In 5 minutes you'll have a fancy summer drink on the table that kick and fill you up. This time in a lower lactose vanilla version. 🤤

Instructions

  1. Protein FrappéStart by making instant coffee. Pour hot water over the coffee (but make sure the temperature does not exceed 90 °C, as higher temperatures can adversely affect the taste of the coffee).

    If you don't want to use instant coffee, one espresso will do.

  2. Then stir in a teaspoon of chicory syrup and whip everything with a milk whisk until thick.

  3. Add a handful of ice to the glass and pour in the chilled protein drink.
