- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 30 g cinnamon protein cream
- 1 egg

Gently tap the centre of the toast with your finger. Put in the center a spoonful of protein cream. Brush the edges with the egg and fold in half.

Pipe the edges with a fork and brush the top with the egg. Place in a hot air fryer at 180 °C for about 5 minutes.
