- 275 g puff pastry
- 450 ml milk
- 60 g vanilla protein blend
- 140 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 packet vanilla pudding
- vanilla stevia drops
- 50 g strawberries
- 75 g Vilgain currant jam
- 1 egg
- golden cane icing sugar
Instructions

First, mix the custard powder and milk and make a custard according to the packaging. Stir continuously and leave it to cool.

Meanwhile, cut the puff pastry into 10 rectangles. Transfer them to a baking paper, wash with whisked egg and bake for 10 minutes at 200 °C until golden.

Mix the cool custard with vanilla protein and Greek yoghurt until you have a smooth cream.

Cut the rectangles in half lengthwise and fill with currant jam, the cream and sliced strawberries, then top with the second half of each piece.

Sprinkle with some sugar and serve. Enjoy!
