Instructions

  1. Add the poppy seeds, protein, yolks, vanilla and curd cheese to a bowl and mix well.

  2. If required, you can also add oat milk (3‑4 tablespoons) and mix. Whip the whites into stiff peaks, adding a pinch of salt.
  3. Carefully fold the whites into the poppy seed mixture.

  4. Use the rest of the curd cheese to make the filling. Pour half of the poppy seed batter into a tin, lightly greased with oil.
  5. Spread the curd cheese cream over it evenly and add half of the fruit.

  6. Cover with the rest of the poppy seed batter and fruit. Bake at 180 °C for 45‑50 minutes.
