Instructions

  1. Add the dry ingredients into a bowl: flour, ground poppy seeds, protein, and baking powder. Add in the kefir, yolks, a teaspoon of preserves, honey, and water.

  2. Mix everything thoroughly and then add in stiff peaks from the whites with a pinch of salt.

  3. Divide the batter into 8 muffin cups or moulds and bake at  185 °C for 20 minutes.

  4. You can eat the baked muffins on their own and take them with you as well.

  5. Alternatively, you can top them with some plum preserve and then pour over our protein milkshake, which you cook with cornstarch beforehand, to make it thicker.

  6. Drizzle with some poppy seeds, and you are ready to serve!

  7. Enjoy!
