- 100 g buckwheat
- 50 g cashews
- 30 g cinnamon protein powder
- 100 ml milk
- pinch himalayan salt
Instructions

Add the buckwheat and cashews to a bowl, pour over water and leave it to soak overnight.

Drain it in the morning, rinse it and add it to a blender. Add the protein, a pinch of salt and milk. Mix until smooth. Add more milk or water if needed.
