- 250 g ready-to-eat chicken
- 50 g green peppers
- 20 g red onion
- 70 g sweetcorn
- 70 g curd cheese
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 60 g wholegrain crackers with herbs

Cut the peppers into cubes, the onion into small pieces. Strip the meat and corn of their juices (the weight in the list of ingredients is already without the juices ). -
Mix all ingredients (except crackers) together in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon taco seasoning.
