- 1 whole wheat baguette
- 1 tbsp organic ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickled vegetable kimchi

This easy dinner will get you not only with its taste, but also with the speed in which you prepare it!
Start by searing your sausage - feel free to heat it up, but we recommend putting it on the grill for a nice crispy crust. You can also toast a whole wheat baguette with or after it.

Then cut it and when the sausage is ready, start layering. Add a good dollop of ketchup or mustard (or both? 😏), a spoonful of fermented vegetables - kimchi, sausage, a little more mustard or ketchup and then fresh herbs and veggies of your choice. We added spring onions, cilantro and some chili.
