- 3 g ceremonial matcha
- 30 ml water
- 10 g maple syrup
- 30 g coconut cream
- ice
- 200 ml coconut waters
- pinch grated coconut
Instructions

Add high‑quality matcha into a small bowl. Pour in a small amount of hot water (75–80 °C), add the maple syrup and thick coconut cream. Using a bamboo whisk or an electric whisk, whisk the ingredients together until you have a smooth, green and airy foam.

Add enough ice cubes into a jar and pour in the coconut water. Then add the prepared matcha mix.
